Focus Demanded by Wenger

Arsenal has finished in the top 4 of the English Premier League in each of the past 14 years, and despite not winning a trophy in the past 5 seasons, Wenger's young side arguably exceeded expectations this past season.

Wenger stresses the focus that is necessary to avoid complacency-

The Gunners boss is aware of the tough challenge that surrounds the top four places in the top flight - and he says avoiding complacency is the key to fighting off the likes of Manchester City and Tottenham.

"You can see that it is important to continue to progress every year; look at Liverpool - second last year, this season out of the top four," he added.

"We are conscious that the competition at the top gets harder and harder, and that demands a bigger focus from year to year.

"We have been in the top four for 14 years in a row, but we want more - and we will try absolutely everything next year to get more."
